Refund policy
At PestMukt, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns
We accept returns only for products that are:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective or not functioning as intended
- Incorrect item received
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos/videos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used pest control products
- Products with damaged or missing original packaging
- Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales
3. Refunds
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If eligible, you may choose:
- Full refund, or
- Replacement product (subject to availability)
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
To request cancellation, email us as soon as possible at pestmukt@gmail.com.
5. Shipping Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact us and we’ll assist in resolving the issue with the courier.
